Tina G. Fowler is dedicated to helping employers with their employment-related legal needs. With over 25 years of specialization in employment matters, Tina has established herself as a trusted advisor in this field.

Tina earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry, cum laude, from Drury College and her Juris Doctorate, with distinction, from the University of Oklahoma. During her time at OU, she served as the Editor-in-Chief and Associate Editor of the American Indian Law Review. Tina was also a member of the National Trial Team and the National Moot Court Team and she was inducted into the Order of Barristers and Luther Bohanon American Inn of Court.

As a licensed attorney in both Missouri and Oklahoma, Tina is authorized to practice in several courts, including the United States Court of Appeals, 8th Circuit, and the United States District Court, Western District of Missouri.

Tina has successfully defended employers in a wide range of employment discrimination actions. She has favorable outcomes in EEOC proceedings, state and federal court trials, and appellate court arguments. Tina’s expertise extends to advising clients on discrimination claims, as well as handling matters related to harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and more, including areas such as collective bargaining, labor law compliance, discipline and discharge procedures, pay practices, affirmative action, OSHA, FMLA, GINA, NLRA, hiring practices, employee termination, and other related areas. Tina also serves as a confidential third-party investigator when requested and she has extensive experience relating to employment contracts and restrictive covenant agreements.

In addition to her legal work, Tina has also served as general counsel for a prominent statewide home healthcare company, where she provided counsel to management and ensured compliance with governmental regulations, including OFCCP compliance. She further contributed to the City of Springfield, Missouri, by assisting with collective bargaining negotiations and the development of the city’s first collective bargaining framework ordinance.
