We want to assure you that any information that may be collected is kept confidential and will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

Personal Information:  We do not request, collect or retain any personal or financial information through out website, including phone numbers or email addresses.  Our website does not allow communication via email.  Payments are not collected or processed by our website but are linked to secure third-party vendor websites.

Non-Personal Information Collected: Our website may collect non-personal information, such as domain name and IP address.  The domain name and IP address reveal nothing personal about you other than the IP address from which you have accessed our website. This may also include non-personal information about the type of internet browser you are using, your operating system and how you arrived at our website.

Cookies: We do not use “cookies’ on our website.  A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor’s hard drive to help improve access to a site and identify repeat visitors.

Sharing: NO INFORMATION WILL BE SHARED AND WE WILL NOT DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION THAT MAY BE CAPTURED. 

Although we do not collect or retain any personal or financial information on our website, as policy we do not sell or otherwise provide any information we obtain by any source to outside third parties for the purpose of direct or indirect mass email marketing.

SMS opt-in or phone numbers for the purpose of SMS, although not collected, are specifically not shared with any third parties or affiliate companies for marketing purpoSes. 

We will disclose personal information and/or an IP address, when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to:

  • Cooperate with the investigation of purported unlawful activities and to conform to the edicts of law or comply with legal process served on our company;
  • Protect and defend the rights or property of our website and related properties; and

Consent/Opt-In : We communicate with clients via telephone, mail, email and facsimile. Your engagement with our firm is your consent to communicate with these standard methods of communication.  We do not communicate with clients via our website, social media or other instant messaging services.

Attorneys and existing clients may engage in two-way transactional text messaging.  By initiating a text message with your attorney you are giving explicit consent to communicate in that method. You may also elect to communicate with your attorney via text messaging by contacting our office or your attorney and explicitly requesting said communication.   Our firm does not engage in automated text messaging.

Carriers may charge fees for each message sent or received.  These fees can vary based on the carrier’s pricing structure and whether the message is sent domestically or internationally.
